After graduating high school, Nancy worked as a secretary at GE for over 10 years, where she met the love of her life, Richard Lang.
Nancy was a creative and active woman who found joy in the simple things. She loved playing bridge, needlepoint stitching, oil painting, and spending time with friends and family. She was a longtime member of the Coppell Senior Center, where she enjoyed playing bridge and staying physically active through walking and exercise.
Later in life, Nancy and Richard moved from New York and eventually made their home at St. Joseph Village in Coppell, Texas, where she built many meaningful friendships and memories.
Above all else, Nancy loved her family deeply. She is survived by her son, Mark Lang; daughter-in-law Susan Lang; grandchildren Rebecca and Peter Lang; great-grandchildren Lorenzo and Emilia; her late daughter, Andrea McIntyre; grandchildren, Andrey and Alex McIntyre; great-grandchild, Harvey McIntyre; and her devoted caregiver of 6 years, Isha Tejan.
Nancy will be remembered for her warmth, resilience, creativity, and the quiet kindness she brought to the people around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
