Service: 2 p.m. Saturday at Grapevine Church of Christ. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, Colleyville. Visitation: 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Bob was born Feb. 4, 1924, to Milus Milburn and Josie Belle Hodges. He was a lifelong resident of Grapevine, graduating from Grapevine High School in 1941.
Bob was a veteran of World War II and served in the U.S. Army as a surgical technician assigned to the 182nd General Hospital in Derby, England.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Ola Mae Hodges.
Survivors: Son, Danny Hodges and wife, Sandra; daughter, Barbara Eakins and husband, Rick; grandchildren, Angela Hodges, Bradley Hodges and wife, Brianna, Adam Eakins and wife, Bridget, Amber Rader and husband, Aaron; and great-grandchildren, Mason and Delaney Hodges, Katie and Randal Eakins, and Zachary, Bethany, and Alyssa Rader.
