I would like to express my sincere condolences to the family and friends of Rob. He was a humble, kind man. I shared a loss with him about my son one day and he shed tears with me and was so apologetic and caring. The pure in heart shall see God. Rest in Heavenly peace Rob.

I remember going to a Rangers game w/ Rob & Frank Farris. As was the norm back in 1984, the stadium was almost empty. We decided to sit in the upper deck behind home plate. It was from there we watched the great Cal Ripken, Jr. hit for the cycle! I remember it like it was yesterday. My prayers go out to his family and to his best friend in life, his bother Jimmy.
RIP my friend.

I was fortunate to get to meet Rob for a year and we were "cube neighbors". We used say "Hi" in the morning as "Hello Neighbor" every day at work.
We shared a lot of stories and laughs and he told me about this book he had where he collected "phrases" from different places and people he got to interact with. I always wanted to contribute to his "book of phrases", even on my last day. He was a very kind person and a great colleague. I feel sorry I was not able to make it the last time we talked about going to the "Flying Saucer" for a beer. Rain check Rob?
I will miss you my friend.
