Alein Emma Lou Jentho, 87, was born in Killeen, Texas, on July 12, 1932 and was taken home by her Heavenly Father on October 25, 2019, after suffering complications from a fall, 3 years and one day after her husband Gilbert.
Alein and Gilbert Jentho married on August 9, 1949 after his service in World War II and spent 67 years together before his death. She was delighted when she obtained her GED in 1984 at age 52.
She enjoyed all types of crafts, reading and putting puzzles together, but was especially proud of her garden of irises, wisteria, lilies, gladioli and roses. Alein was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she was an active member of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League for many years.
