Mr. Rich retired after 25 years of Military Service (Army and National Guard) for his country.
Survivors include three sisters; Patricia Liaci of New Jersey, Theresa Timpani of New Jersey, Pamela Akop of California, one brother Daniel Rich of Rhode Island, one brother-in-law James Meister of Florida, 9 nieces and nephews, 16 great nieces and nephews, and a fiancé Loraine from the Philippines.
There will be private services held at a later date in New Jersey.
Arrangements where held under the direction of Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Copperas Cove, Texas.
