Barbara Deloris Bateman Trubee

Barbara graduated from Sunset High School in 1959. She went on to attend Central Texas College in Killeen, Texas, where she received her Nursing Degree. Barbara was a Registered Nurse (RN) and Flight Nurse for nearly 40 years. She was also a member of the VFW Post #8577 Ladies Auxiliary of Copperas Cove. Above all, Barbara was a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents and 4 children; Robin, Kenneth, Sandra, and Lisa.

She is survived by her sons; Shawn Trubee, James Trubee, Michael Trubee, Steven Trubee, and daughter-in-law Barbara Trubee; grandchildren Justen (Kim), Sabrina, Stephanie, Samantha, Ashley, Amanda (Tony), and Natalie; great grandchildren Tristan, Victoria, Daniel (Theresa), Madison, Lillie, Kenneth, Logan, Riley, Eliessia and Alex; and great great grandchildren Roselynn and Waylon.

A time of Visitation will be held from 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday August 27th at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove, Texas. A Funeral Service will be held at 11am on August 28th at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home. Barbara will be laid to rest at King Cemetery in Kemp, Texas.
