Belinda Caroline Przechowski (aka Mrs. P) was born to her loving parents John and Gerda Cox on Aug 20, 1964 in Friedberg, Germany. She was called home by her Heavenly Father this past Easter Sunday, at the age of 59 1/2 years, from St. David's Medical Center in Austin, Texas.
Belinda grew up in Germany, attending and ultimately graduating from Frankfurt American High School in 1983. Throughout Belinda’s lifetime she worked at multiple jobs, starting her work career as a secretary at Trans European Marketing and then continued working for AAFES at Burger King, eventually transferring to the PX where she excelled in receiving a Professional Achievement Award in the Customer Service Department, before transplanting to Copperas Cove, Texas in 1995. Following the move Belinda dedicated herself to the CCISD, which was her biggest career accomplishment of 24+ years in the form of teacher’s aide, library assistant, office clerk, and countless other administrative, technology, and educational tasks at both Mae Stevens Elementary and Clements-Parsons Elementary. She was most known for her humor, quick wit, resourcefulness, creativity, as well as love and caring nature for the students at school. She was loved everywhere she went because of her dedication to the parents, staff, and school mission. Sadly, due to medical necessity she had to retire just months short of her 25th Anniversary with CCISD. After some time of rest and recovery, she decided to worked for a short period at GC Services, before having to permanently retire from the workforce.
In her personal life Belinda's proudest accomplishments were her family. Belinda was married on July 25, 1986 to her husband Boris Przechowski for nearly 38 years. Belinda and Boris met in 1980 and had known each other for almost 44 years. Together they had two living children and two angel babies. Belinda was an avid reader, puzzle enthusiast, enjoyed doing arts and crafts, going on outings, and last but not least cooking was her passion. Belinda loved nothing more than spending as much time as possible with her family especially over the holidays. Christmas was by far her favorite, as it brought back her fondest memories of growing up with her family, spending time with friends, and watching children’s faces brighten at such festivities. Belinda enjoyed playing many different types of games with her friends and family or even solo, such as mahjong, various card games, bowling, and much more, or countless hours of Tetris. She was always the life of the party at social events, with friends gasping for air because of the funniest things she said or did.
Belinda was preceded in death by her father John Wayne Cox just 3 months earlier. She is survived by her mother Gerda, husband Boris, son Paul, daughter Amanda and her children Krista and Matthew, as well as Foxx from son-in-law Cameron with his own two sons Evan and Leon, her brother Johnnie and his wife Danielle with their two sons Joshua and Jonnie, her brother Roger and his daughter Rebecca from forever sister-in-law Rosa and her own two sons Isaac and Isaiah.
Belinda was a die-hard conservative and an active Trump supporter and would love nothing more than to have voted this election for him again. Belinda took local, state, and federal elections very seriously and because of this, she would urge everyone to get out and vote. In the last few years Belinda took the time to reflect on life by becoming active - when able - with the Copperas Cove Senior Center located at 1012 North Drive, and would appreciate getting the word out that any charitable contributions could be made to them in her honor.
A Celebration of Life for Belinda will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Crawford-Bowers, 211 W Ave B, Copperas Cove, Texas 76522.
