Darrell was born on October 16, 1954 in Crockett, Texas to parents Lorenzo and Ava Maude Musick.
SFC, Darrell Musick served our country in Korea, two tours in Germany, Iraq and Desert Storm. He retired from the United States Army after serving for 20 years. After his retirement he made Killeen his home until August of 2019 then they moved to Copperas Cove, Texas until his death.
He is survived by his wife, Doris (DeeDee) Musick of 41 years, Daughter, Christina Palmer of Rock Port, Texas; Son, Shayne Musick of Buda, Texas; eight Grandchildren and five Great-Grandchildren. He is also survived by two Brothers, Marcus Musick of Neches, Texas and P. Dale Musick of Missouri; one Sister, P.J. Platt of Grapeland, Texas.
Grave Service will be held on January 24, 2020 at 3:00PM where his ashes will be consecrated in the Central Texas State Veteran Cemetery in Killeen, Texas
