Dad, its been 1 year today since you passed away. I wish you were still here. I had a small celebration of life dinner here for you tonight, we had bar-b-q pork chops. One of the memories that i talked about was when you bought that houseboat from old man Joe and fixed it up. You were still living on San Domingo Drive then. Always in our hearts Dad.

Dad, i was just thinking about the times when Grandma used to say to you that there was a miracle pill out there and her doctors wont give it to her and this miracle pill could cure all of her health problems. That was funny, but the way things are going with technology and science they might have that miracle pill out in the next 100 years.

I recently went to Santa Rosa Memorial Park to visit with my mom and came across your father. I felt compelled to look him up in the obituaries as my mom was also born in 1949, 64 years old. She passed away in Feb from cancer. I miss her everyday. I just wanted to say I hope you find healing. I know I'm still looking for it but helps to know I'm not alone and neither are you. There's a lot of us out there. We stay strong and carry on, though its not easy. It was better when they lived with us, but now they live within us. Take care.
