Ms Lis was one of the strongest, stubborn women I have ever met. I have so many fond memories of her and her positive attitude through her cancer battle. I still remember the day she told me she had breast cancer. She pointed her finger at me and said "and you better not cry"; of course I cried. She was a wonderful person and she loved her family so very much! I will so miss our chats and her words of wisdom:) Glad I got to give you a final hug and a kiss a few weeks ago!

Love you.. you will always be remembered!

Thank you so much for sharing your family pictures! I’m so sorry for the loss of your mom! While growing up I remember so well and looked so forward to visits from your mom and dad when we lived near Lancaster on the farm. I thought your mom was one of the most beautiful women I had ever met! I loved listening to her talk and tell us stories, she was a wonderful person! I have always been so impressed with her accomplishments in life!
