I was horribly saddened to learn news of the tragic passing of my former peer and mentor. His humor would make my side ache and his laugh could be heard through plexiglass. Frankie was a great man, and goodness, he loved his wife!

I had the privilege of serving with Francis at the Hughes Unit... he always had a smile and something nice to say to everyone (unless he was working central lol). He and I would always talk or joke with each other. Francis you were a great mentor, friend and you will be greatly missed.

Francis was one of the first people on Hughes when transferred who struck up a conversation like we were old friends. From then on he was my mentor, my car pool, my brother in grey, and a friend. He gave me encouragement when I started learning new challenges at work and a final push to go up for Sergeant the first time. I will miss his laughter and aay of making you just shake your head and smile.

I met and worked with Francis back in the 90’s and mirroring other people’s reflections, he was always smiling and such a nice guy. So sorry to hear of Franks passing. I lost touch after I left TDC, but have many fun and fond memories. What a great guy, and I send my deepest condolences to all the friends, family and co-workers. You will be sorely missed my friend. Rest In Peace brother.

He was always, ALWAYS smiling!! He was an awesome guy. He cared about his job, his family. We shared a lot of stories of our grandkids and our trials. I will miss you terribly. Heaven has gained an awesome angel. Earth has lost another great soul. Rest in peace. Much love and hugs to your family
