I have such wonderful memories of the fun times we shared with Jackie...among them going to Acapulco and having Christmas at the ranch complete with our cactus Christmas tree and cookie decorating. I was so blessed to have Jackie in my life and will always treasure her friendship.

Jackie was definitely one of a kind. We not only flew together at SCA, but we lived in the same condo building for years. We shared many holidays together and many, many talks over the years. I will miss her greatly.

Such a beautiful soul! I loved my time with Mrs. Esau and enjoyed sharing stories during our time together. I admire her motivation and drive and kind spirit. Although she will be dearly missed here on earth, I know she is now enjoying being “free.” Thank you for sharing your sunshine with us all, I’m so thankful to have known you.

Besides being one of the kindest and sweetest persons I knew, Jackie was classy, generous, funny, adventurous and up for anything.

I worked with Jackie at Western Airlines. Early on in our career we were based in Salt Lake Utah and we were commuters. We would pick up trips to fly together and shared rooms to save some money. One night before our trip we went downstairs to grab some dinner. The Lakers were in town and were staying at same hotel. While having dinner Magic Johnson came to our table. He sat down and chatted it up with us. He invited us to his game the next night. I wasn't interested because I'm not into sports. But Jackie talked me into going. He gave us great seats. We sat right behind the players. Jackie was up out of her seat yelling like a true basketball fanatic for most of that game...lol. We had the best freakin time because of Jackie. She made it fun. She made you live in the moment. I was so glad I went with her.

There are so many memories like this. Another one that really stands out was when she invited me to go on a "White Water Rafting" trip. I couldn't swim and I was fearful of large bodies of water. I told her "FLAT-OUT-NO! NOT A CHANCE!" How about a few weeks later I found myself floating down a river in an inner tube with a can of beer in my hand...lol. Jackie was right by my side with that beautiful and comforting smile of hers. Out of fear I never would have had such an unexpected and wonderful experience....but, for Jackie.

What a kind and perfect friend she was. She'd push you out of your comfort zone to live life more fuller. She was also sweet and so funny. She gave of herself 100%. She'd encouraged you and supported you. She loved people. She loved fun and a good time. She loved life.

She was just special. Period! ♥️

My memories with Jackie started at childhood, as a cousin and good friends we shared lots thru the years. Remembering the sleep overs as kids to the trips I accompanied her when she was flying for SCA. We had so much fun, and plenty of laughs. One of my favorite memories was her ability to make fudge, perfectly every time. She would call me and let me know when she was making fudge and I would not miss out on that opportunity. She would pour some of the fudge out on a plate but would always leave a generous amount for us to eat right out of the pan still warm. It was so good! I am so thankful for all the times we shared. Anyone that new Jackie new of her generous heart, her funny, and that beautiful smile. I miss you sweet lady, rest in peace with all the love that surrounds you.

I met Jackie in 1979 when she worked for Western Airlines and I was a new Flight Attendant and had just been based in Minneapolis. She immediately offered me friendship and introduced me to this wonderful city. We shared many fun times and lots of laughs as two single woman just starting a new life. Unfortunately, we lost touch when the Minneapolis based closed and we were forced to choose a different direction.

Even though I have not spoken to Jackie for many years, reading all these touching memories is no surprise. She was a special person then, and remained that way throughout her life. I feel lucky to have known her and I am sad to have lost the opportunity to rekindle a long ago friendship!

I met Jackie when we worked together at Sun Country Airlines. She was so sweet and funny and I just loved working with her! I remember her big kit of Mary Kay makeup that she would pull out between flights to do her lips. 💋💋💋
She also had a cute, funny way that she looked when she ate, that made everything looks so good. Silly memory...
Rest In Peace beautiful lady! ❤️

I had the pleasure of flying with Jackie when our DC 10 was our playground at Sun Country Airlines! So blessed to have known such a beautiful, funny, smart loving woman! When you look at her beautiful skin, you know she was a Mary Kay Consultant! She was a smart business woman! I admired her ambition. When she found her true love, we were all so happy for her, but sad to see her leave her Sun Country family! I will keep the fond memories of Jackie close in my heart! Hugs to Esau and all of her family and close friends!🙏🏻❤️
