A Visitation for James will be held Monday, March 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, 211 W Ave B, Copperas Cove, Texas 76522. Following the Visitation will be a Graveside Service with military honors at 3:00 PM at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 State Highway 195, Killeen, Texas 76542.
