Growing up I was always too nervous to comment on here. But I feel like she would love to hear my memories of her. I was one of her students way back in 2013. I think about her quite often. She was a huge impact on my learning and me as a whole. She is just a great person through and through. Such a kind soul, with amazing fashion sense. That hair was its own person I could’ve sworn, haha! Rest in heaven, angel. You will forever be remembered in our hearts.

Jennifer was my sister-in-law for a short time, but will be my "sister: forever. Heaven has gained a beautiful, beautiful Angel!!

I had the privilege of serving as a listening and reading volunteer for Ms. Coley's 3rd grade class. It was obvious that she was a GREAT teacher. When I first started my teaching career in KISD, Jennifer was one of the first people I met.  her and I clicked from the start! She was an amazing colleague and wonderful friend. She always was dressed to impress and had a beautiful smile. I will forever be greatful for her friendship. I love you and will miss your random texts and emails to check on me :)

Jennifer had a personality that just sparkled! She also had such a kind heart and generous spirit - she helped me personally many years ago when we were classmates and I have never forgotten it. She had such joy and zest for life - the world is definitely a better place for having her in it. My prayers for her family and students who are surely missing her.

Jen - it is of purely selfish motivation that I write this.  You were my sister, my friend, my confidante.  I can't yet bring myself to imagine how life can go on without you.  It hurts too badly.  The pain is almost unimaginable.

Who will make sure the onions and celery are sliced thin enough at Thanksgiving?  Who will take me away the day after Thanksgiving to have a little downtime, laughing and relaxation? Who will help fill the Christmas stockings to overflowing?  Who will talk to me ceaselessly on the phone and come running when I need them?  Who will tell me I'm "all that" and love me like only a sister could?

Oh Jen.  You were Ian's special Aunt Ninny.  You held him when he was newborn, and made him give you kisses against his silly protests.  You threatened to take his pinky finger to keep him near you because you were sure he didn't need it... What we wouldn't do right now to see you and hold you and hear your laughter.

My heart aches for those of us left behind.  Selfishly.  Because I know there will never again be a sweet sister like you.  We love you more than you could ever know.  And you have left an empty spot in our lives that can never be filled.

Jennifer, you touched so many peoples lives. You will truly be missed. My condolences to the family.

I am so glad we laughed and talked on the phone a few weeks ago.  I loved that I could hear the smile in your voice.  You gave me the best advice that day and I am going to follow it for myself and to honor you.  I am going to miss your pretty smiles and your Christmas hats.  I was not lucky enough to live close to you or have the benefit of talking and seeing you day to day, but you were very special to me.

Jennifer was the first smiling face I met after my divorce. She took me by the hand and of we went! She taught me how to smile again, to be happy again. I will never forget her... Ever. She was one of the sweetest parts of my life.

Jen you were always smiling and always loving everyone.  Condolences to your family during this tragic time.
