Joe was born to his parents Victor Morgan and Olga Stoeltje Morgan on May 7, 1944 in San Antonio, Texas. He served in the United States Army for 15 years. Joe married his loving wife Carole Morgan on October 2, 1964.
He is Proceeded in Death by his parents and his loving wife Carole.
Joe is survived by his daughter; Kenda MacQuarrie, grandchildren; Joshua MacQuarrie, Zachary MacQuarrie, Kelsey MacQuarrie and 3 great grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held in the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery on May 31, 2024 at 1:00 PM.
