Joseph W Davis, 89, of Lampasas, Texas passed away on August 23, 2024. He was born May 30th, 1935 in Elm Grove, Louisiana. He came from a large family. He enjoyed being with family, woodwork and fishing.
Joseph was preceded in death by his daughter Susan R. Davis, his parents Lawrence and Ella Mae Pleasance Davis, three sisters Florence Coleman, Lucille Strom and Elizabeth Jinks, three brothers Elmer “Elmo” Davis, Lawrence “L.D.” Davis and Leonard Davis.
He is survived by sons, Allen B. Davis of Missouri, Joseph W. Davis Jr. of Lampasas, Texas and Phillip "P.J." Davis of Johnstown, Colorado and daughter Catherine Davis Carnes of Lampasas, Texas
