Lillie Mae Hess

Ms. Hess was born March 9, 1914 in Tyler, Texas to Rufus and Minnieola Martin.

She was an active long term member of Robertson Ave. Baptist Church of Copperas Cove.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband James L. Hess they were married in 1949; her parents; sisters, Marie Maynard of Las Vegas, NV and Ruth Fellabom; three brothers, George Martin, Robert Lee Martin, Simeon Thomas Martin.

She is survived by her son, Calvin Lee Hess of Phoenix, AZ; sisters, Beulah McCaghren of Willis, TX, Ivy Lou Dodson of Penelope, TX; many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

A time of visitation will be at 9:00 in the morning on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Robertson Ave. Baptist Church followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 in the morning with Pastor John Mailey officiating. Interment will follow in Copperas Cove City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Robertson Ave. Baptist Church 305 East Robertson Ave. Copperas Cove, TX.
