Lonni Marianne Hampton

Inurnment services for Lonni Hampton, 85, of Copperas Cove will be Wednesday June 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Mrs. Hampton passed away on June 2, 2012 in Copperas Cove.

Lonni Marianne Hampton was born July 21, 1926 to Herrmann and Mina Trebess in Berlin, Germany.

She married Carl Hampton in 1945 and had two children. Lonni was very artistic and loved painting, jewelry making and tapestry. Her favorite color was sky blue.

Mrs. Hampton is survived by her son Dennis Hampton and his partner Carmen of Dickinson, TX. Niece, Jeanette Herrett and husband Anthony of Australia, one granddaughter Shelbi Lavender and one sister Beate Helbig of Germany. She also leaves behind her close friend Susie Childress and her caregivers; Fred Groupe, Sarah Favers and Rosie Ventura.

The family would also like to thank Dr. Karen Harrison for all her kindness and professionalism.

She is preceded in death by her husband Carl and one daughter, Jeanette Frase.
