She is survived by her loving husband, Ed Jones, who she called a blessing from God. She is also survived by her children, Wanda York, David Heintzelman and Mike Heintzelman who were blessed to have such a good mother.
Louise was a giving person who loved baking for her friends. Her rum cake was always a welcomed gift. She crocheted and cross-stitched many beautiful pieces of handiwork.
She loved the outdoors and spending time at Georgetown Lake with Ed in their RV with their “lake” friends.
A lot of her friendships spanned over decades, a testament that she knew how to be a good friend.
Most important, Louise loved God and believed in the power of prayer and the prayers from family and friends resulted in miracles from God as she overcame the battles of physical illness over the years. However, it was now time for Louise to be in heaven with God and she is at peace.
Her service will be held on May 28th, 10:00 a.m. at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to your local church or a charitable contribution to an organization of your choosing would be a nice way to honor her life.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.crawfordbowerscopperascove.com for the Jones family.
