Nana,I miss you dearly.Yesterday wasn’t the greatest day.I was given a cookbook that belong to Helen and she had your beef jerky recipe in it and brought back all the good memories of when I would help you bake.

It has been has bee 2 years and 2 days since you passed away.I miss you so much.Dad is fine exept i dont want to go home with him i want to live with other family that is not in copperas cove.I would go and see you but no body will take me.so i have been good but it is dad you have to worry about.Anyways i will write again soon.

Sincere condolences to my family in America following the sad loss of Marjorie, a very special lady.

She was a loving and awesome grandma, she was my sunshine on the darkest days we used to do so much stuff together like sew, bake,watch tv, color,draw, and have tea parties.On holidays I would get so happy and she would be like calm down Claire.She was the #1 grandma.I loved her so much and I miss her so much.

I have many memories of my sister Marjorie. Being an older brother I was expected to entertain my young sister especially when we were on holiday on the east coast of England. I particularly remember building her what I thought was a magnificent sand castle. Marjorie obviously didn't feel the same as she deliberately flattened it with one all mighty jump. Despite all the childhood pranks we were very close and Marjoie meant a lot to me. The whole family was extremely proud when she took up nursing, passing all her exams and becoming a State Registered Nurse. Marjorie we will always love and miss you.     Your loving brother Arthur, and sister in law Mary.

What a wonderful lady. I worked with her way back in the 90s. And, from time to time would run into her as i was out and about in C Cove. She was always such a graceful lady. My condolences to her family.

So sorry to hear about this.  She was like my second mom growing up!  I will miss the talks we had in the last few years after moving back to Texas.

Jim, So sorry.  Sounds like you had a great wife and family.

Mom, you opened your arms to me even before I became your daughter-in-law. You made our times together so wonderful. I valued your advice and guidance. I feel a little lost without you here. Mom, you were not only my mother you were my friend. You were always there when I needed you. I know I haven't always been the model son but I have always tried to live up to your expectations and tried to live by the values you taught me. You are the heart and sole of the family and the rock that keeps us steady. We all love you and though you will be dearly missed you will forever live in our hearts and shall never be forgotten. Love you mom.

I don't think I can ever tell you enough how much I love you and deeply miss you. I find my self constantly whispering aloud hoping that somewhere in heaven you hear me and are replying back to me. You were such an amazing mother and "Nana". I will forever be grateful that you accepted me as your daughter but most of all I am thankful that you raised and instilled your values into your boys and grandchildren because your son John and granddaughter Claire are the biggest blessings life has ever given to me. I can never thank you enough that I had your blessing to be a part of the Dumdie family. Even in your last days you had your polite mannerisms. You told me you appreciated me and thanked me for what I did to help, but the truth is mom I am thankful that you loved me and allowed me to be there for YOU. I'm honestly so thankful. You told me it doesn't take much to love someone and while that may be the case there is so so much that I love you for. I envy your 48 years of nothing less than loving, beautiful marriage you had with your husband. I hope John and I are able to experience what you and dad had. I promised you I would take good care of your grandbabies and your son. I hope to make you proud and never let you down. They say time makes things easier I really hope so mom because I miss you more than I did yesterday and I think that everyday I don't get to hear your beautiful British accent I'll miss you more than the last. You were truly a little piece of heaven on earth. I love you always.

Mom, you are a huge part of my life, you always kept me grounded, you were there when I needed you most, when I would deploy I know you would worry about me, but I didn't have to worry about my family because you took care of them for me. You are the corner stone of our family and you always made sure that we knew what was the right thing. While you didn't always agree with some of my choices, you supported me. I miss you so much, I love you and will always know that you are watching me.  Your son Mark
