Mrs. Sherwood was a resident of Copperas Cove for 26 years and a member of First Baptist Church in Copperas Cove.
Mrs. Sherwood is survived by two sons; George Eric Wamsley and wife Christina of Covington, KY, and David William Wamsley of Lampasas, TX, three grandsons; Eric Wamsley of Lampasas, TX, Ron Wamsley of Covington KY, and David Wamsley of Covington, KY, and one brother and four sisters of Japan.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Paul Sherwood.
The family will receive visitor from 6-8pm Thursday June 9, 2010 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove.
