Norman, 62, passed away on May 16, 2026, in Copperas Cove, Texas.
Norman was the kind of person who left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. He worked hard, loved his family deeply, and helped anyone who needed him without expecting anything in return. If someone was struggling or needed a hand, Norman was always there. That was simply who he was.
He spent many years working for The City of Killeen, where he became known as one of the most dependable and irreplaceable people on the job. He took great pride in his work, rarely slowed down, and had a way of brightening people’s days with his humor.
Norman had a lifelong passion for military history and enjoyed war games, reenactments, and spending time working on his old WWII jeep.
Above everything else, Norman loved his family. He was a proud father to his three children and an even prouder grandfather to his eight grandchildren. The love he showed through the way he lived and cared for others will never be forgotten.
Norman is survived by his mother, his sister, his three children, eight grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many family members and friends who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, who we know was waiting for him with an old jeep to ride together.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers his family has requested donations to be made the Wounded Warriors Project.

The world feels a little quieter without Norman in it. He will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and hard work. His memory will live on through the lives he touched and the family who loved him deeply.
