A visitation will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the chapel of Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Copperas Cove.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church Copperas Cove.
Burial will follow the services in the Kempner Cemetery in Kempner, TX. Phyllis was born on August 5, 1956 in San Antonio, TX. She passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016 in a Round Rock, Texas Nursing center.
Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Copperas Cove is in charge of arrangements.
