Ronnie was born October 24, 1947 in Temple Texas to Fred and Elnora (Schorn) Falkenberg. He passed away February 13, 2014 in Lampasas Texas.
Ronnie served 23 years in the US Army, which included two combat tours in Vietnam. In recent years he moved back to Copperas Cove to enjoy his retirement fishing in many of his boyhood spot.
He is survived by his daughters Linda Falkenberg and Diana Ward, son in law Marty Ward, grandsons Chris and Kyle Ward, Sister Sharon Vann, Brother Gary Falkenberg and many nieces and a nephew. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Terry Falkenberg.
The Family will receive guests for a time of visitation on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 9-11 AM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Copperas Cove. Burial with full Military honors will begin at 2:00PM Thursday, February 20, 2014 at The Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
