Ryan was born November 1, 1977, in Junction City, KS. He was the son of Steven and Marie Luper of Copperas Cove. He graduated from CCHS in 1995, attended CTC – Killeen and Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, TX.
In his spare time, he spent time with his family and enjoyed time in his beautiful flower garden and landscaping other people’s yards.
He is survived by his mother; Marie Luper, brother; Bob Luper and nephews David and Steven Luper.
Ryan is preceded in death by his father Steven Luper.
A Celebration of Life for Ryan Steven Luper will be Monday 19th August at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church. A Time of Fellowship will be one hour prior to service at First Baptist Church at 300 W Avenue B Copperas Cove.
