Sandra Dee Felder, age 64, of Kempner passed away peacefully in her home on September 3. A memorial service for Mrs. Felder is scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, September 8, at Grace United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, at (800) 572-1717.
Sandra was born June 15, 1948 to Dewitt and Mildred Ballard in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She married Greg Felder in December of 1976 in Jacksonville, Florida. Her hobbies were traveling and reading and she ran an in-home childcare business and laundry business. During her adult years, she was also an Assistant Comptroller for a large company in Florida, a flight attendant with Delta Airlines, and an Army Wife which is best described by the Recipe for an Army Wife:

Marinate frequently with Salty Tears, pour off excess fat, sprinkle ever so lightly with Money. Knead dough until Pay Day. Season with International Spices. Bake 20+ years or until done. Serve with Pride.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Greg Felder, her daughter Millie Day (husband Todd), of Fayetteville, GA, her grandchildren, Rebecca Day and Daylan Day, her mother, Mildred McDaniels of Rock Hill, S.C., and her brother, Tony McDaniels of North Carolina.
