

Sherri Lee Reed-Marshall passed away on April 8, 2020. She passed away from natural causes in her home in Copperas Cove, Texas. She was 71 years old at the time of her passing. She was a Christian woman who loved the Lord.
Sherri was born on July 23, 1948 in Scranton, Pennsylvania. When Sherri grew up, she married someone in the military and she had the chance to travel the world. She even lived in Hawaii for a while. She ultimately ended up settling down in Copperas Cove, Texas. She worked hard juggling multiple jobs to support her 4 sons on her own.
On Dec 31st, 1987; her life changed for the better. She had a blind date and she met the true love of her life: Larry Marshall. Sherri and Larry married and joined their families together. They raised their 6 children together. Sherri was retired from Metroplex Hospital in Killeen, Texas where she worked for over 35 years. She worked in the payroll section and everyone who worked there knew her and loved her.
Sherri is survived by her husband, Larry Marshall; her children, David Reed, James Reed, Craig Reed, Jeffery Reed, Richard Marshall, Karen Marshall; her grandchildren, Ashley Marshall, Blake Marshall, Gloria Reed, Gio Mancuso, Lane Lambright, Parker Reed, Peyton Reed, Asher Reed, Micah Reed, Grayce Reed, and Margaret Reed; her sister, Barbara Scholz; her nephew, Jason Scholz, her niece, Kristin Scholz; and many close friends whom she considered family including Andy Cook.
Sherri had a passion for spreading love and kindness. She helped everyone she could and she was a friend to all. She was well-known for making delicious meals. Her most famous dish was lasagna and meatballs. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved bluebonnets, snowmen, and angels.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are delaying her memorial service. We hope to hold the memorial service on her Birthday on Jul 23, 2020 if the pandemic has resolved by then.
