.Funeral service for Shirley D. Cooke75 of Kempner will be on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove at 10 AM, burial will follow at Coppers Cove City Cemetery.
Shirley Cooke was born October 9, 1936 in Crighton, W. VA and passed away on December 27, 2011 in Coppers Cove. She had lived in Kempner for 40 years.
She was preceded in death by a son John Cooke, Jr. Survivors include 8 children, 18 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
