Walburga M. Meihls

She graduated from Killeen High School in 1973. In 1975 she had her son Kevin Aaron Meihls. Through her life she worked at Woolworth, Killeen Daily Herald, and Graphic Concepts as a graphic artist in retail advertising. She enjoyed gardening, deer and bird watching, spending time with family, and most of all spending time with her grandson August. Gramma Winnie and August spent many wonderful times together swimming, building Lego’s, playing in the yard, having slumber parties with milkshakes, watching him during his summer breaks, and spoiling him in any way she could. He made her heart whole and put a smile on her face. She always looked forward to facetiming him every night. She also helped care for her mother over the last few years.

She is preceded in death by her father, Eston L. Meihls and her grandsons Luke Alan and Aaron Eston Meihls.

Willie is survived by her mother, Hilda E. Meihls; 2 brothers Markus E. Meihls and wife Cortleigh, Michael H. Meihls and wife Elizabeth; son Kevin A. Meihls and wife Tiffany; 3 grandchildren Mariah V. Cekarmis, Ava E. Mueller, and August E. Meihls; and 6 nieces Megan Toney, Courtney Meihls, Krystal Herring, Nicole Meihls, Tiffanny Meihls and Jillian Meihls.
