Billie Martin

Billie passed away on July 16, 2026 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. He was born in Memphis to the late Billie T. and Julia Ann Martin. He was raised in Corinth and was a graduate of Corinth High School. He worked for Hensley Electric and for the City of Corinth, where he retired from.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by son-in-law, Brian Thrasher, his second wife Susan Martin Griswell and his first wife Judy Martin.

He is survived by his children, Tina Strachan (Mark), Michelle Thrasher, Tiffany Norman and Melody Tucker; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Beverly Trimble and his brothers, George Martin (Renae) and Robert Martin.

In lieu of flowers the family kindly request memorial contributions be made to the Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo.
