She died May 4, 2019 at Whitfield Nursing Home. She was born April 22, 1936 in Alcorn Co. MS. to the late Robert and Velma Davis. She was a member of West Corinth Tabernacle, and a housewife. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Hancock; parents; son, Jerry Hancock; daughter, Joanne Allen; daughter-in-law Theresa Hancock; grandson, Monty Hancock; sister, Reba shields; brother, Billy Davis.
She is survived by her sons, Jimmy Hancock (Wanda), Larry Hancock; daughter, Sandy Hughes (Mark); sister Donna Browser; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
