

Mr. Moore died on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born on May 3, 1934 in McNairy County to the late Leroy and Sarah Dillon Moore. He retired from Southbridge Plastics, served in the National Guard, enjoyed working on motors and cars, gardening, talking on the C.B. and Ham Radios, and spending time with his family.
Along with his parents, Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his wife, Johnnie Marie Cox Moore; one grandson, Kerry Lee Bivens; and one great-grandson, Clinton McCade Mask.
Survivors include four daughters, Jeanette Darwin and husband Harold, Carolyn Crum and husband Doyle, Hazel Bivens and husband James Lee, and Shirley Killough and Husband Lee; two sons, Harold Moore and wife Nancy, and Jerry Wayne Moore; ten grandchildren, Vicki Mullins and husband Doug, Duane Bivens and wife Renee, Brian Bivens and wife Julie, Jimbo Bivens, Valerie Mask and husband Teddy, Joel Moore and Christen Thomas, Jennifer Brown and John Plunk, Jody Crum, and Carrie and David Darwin; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
