Funeral services for Judy Sims Volepak, 56, will be on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Warren Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Forrest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Volepak died Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010. She was born Nov. 21, 1953 to the late David and Hortense Sims and during her life she was a homemaker.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Volepak and her nephew, Shawn Sims.
Survivors include her brothers, Mike Sims and his wife Dottie and Morris Sims and his wife Marilyn; nieces and nephews, Michelle Shelly and her husband Sam, Sherry Benjamin and her husband Ricky, Buster Harrell, and Mary Brashier and her husband Trevor; great nieces and nephews, Cole and Cade Shelly, Tyler Sims, Timmer Williams, Nathan Benjamin, Addie Benjamin, Riley Brashier, Charlie Owen and Cooper Owen; several aunts, uncles, family and friends; and special friend, Danny Sherrod.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
