Rev. Lane Voyles, 76, of Corinth, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. Born on October 8, 1948 to late Clarence Benjamin Voyles and Etta Weston, he lived a life of deep
faith, service, and unwavering devotion to his family. He graduated of Alcorn Central High School in 1966 and began a career in the auto body industry. He became a respected business owner. His work ethic, determination and honesty were evident in everything he touched.
Lane was an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and spent decades pastoring and preaching the gospel, leading countless lives to Christ with compassion, conviction, and love. He touched many hearts, brought hope and left an eternal impact. Together with his wife of 55 years, Susie, they built a family grounded in faith.
Lane enjoyed drag racing, hunting, and fishing, however his greatest joy was simply being with his family. He was their cornerstone, steady guide, source of strength and wisdom, and the heart of their home. Lane leaves behind a legacy of family and a life well lived in service to God and others.
