Services for Marsha Gurley, 75, will be held at 3:00 PM Monday at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow in Union Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 12 noon until service time. Bro. Brad Vuncannon will officiate the service.
Mrs. Gurley passed away on October 3, 2025 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born on January 22, 1950 in Paducah, KY to the late Charles and Johnnie Estes. She worked as an Assistant Librarian in Cicero, IL. She was a member of Union Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, sewing and loved all animals especially her cats.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Danny Gurley; sons, Jason Gurley of Schaumburg, IL and Justin Gurley (Grace) of Bloomingdale, IL; granddaughter, Thea Gurley; and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
