Mary E. Hillis

Mary died October 23, 2016 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born January 10, 1937 in Hardin Co. TN. To the late James Harve Stricklin and Mary Roach Stricklin, She attended Church of the Crossroads and was a retired garment seamstress for over 50 years. She enjoyed sewing, traveling around her old home place and speing time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her first husband Robert Eugene Barnett and second husband Travis Hillis; parents; son Terry Barnett granddaughter Emily Faith Barnett; brother James Calvin, Harve Aaron, Hardin, Tennie and R.D. Stricklin; sisters Katherine Naomi Davis;

She is survived by her children Alva (Judy) Barnett, Thomas (Gladys), Steven (Vickie) Barnett, Jerry (Tammy) Barnett, Nancy (Joe) Smith; sister Dorothy Frazier; daughter-in-law Myra Barnett; 19 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 24 great great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 and Thursday from 12:00 to service time.
