

A Celebration of Life Service for Milton Glen Ivey, 77, is set for 2:00 pm Saturday at Life Tabernacle Church on Hwy 142 in Selmer, TN, with Bro. Steve Whitten officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow in the Indian Creek Cemetery.
A Family and Friends Gathering will be Saturday from 11:00 am to service time at the church.
Glen died May 28, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born April 27, 1948 in Prentiss Co. MS to the late Thomas Lloyd Ivey and Vivian Newborn Ivey. He was a member of Ramer Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He served in the US Marine Corp in with the 11th Engineering Battalion during the Vietnam War. He later went to work for Dana Corp. as a machinist for over 30 years. He enjoyed woodworking, the outdoors and spending time with his family, especially his dog, Josie.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his stepson, Samuel (Pedro) Mullins; and five brothers.
He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Carper Ivey; daughters, Belinda Whitten (Steve), Melanie Perrigo (Terry), Jennifer Settlemires (Brian); eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers are Dakota Perrigo, Colton Whitten, Johnathan Steele, Carter King, Brian Rogers, and Franklin Jernigan. Honorary Pallbearers are Bro. Steve Whitten and Terry Perrigo.
