A Celebration of Life Service for Archie Noel Tyson, 83, is set for 10:00 am Thursday at McPeters Inc. Funeral Directors with Bro. Justin Watson officiating and Mark Boehler doing the eulogy. Burial will follow in the Holly Cemetery. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Noel died Sunday, April 10, 2022 at his residence. He was born April 6, 1939 in Alcorn Co. MS to the late Joseph Archie and Nancy Jewel Tyson. He was a member of Holly Baptist Church and a 1957 graduate of Corinth High School. He was in retail sales all throughout his career and retired as Manager for Wal-Mart in Arkansas before moving back to Corinth. He enjoyed working in his yard, decorating his house for Christmas and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Mary Ruth Null Tyson; parents; brother, Gilbert Tyson; and a great granddaughter, Kendal Tyson.

He is survived by his daughter, Kym Tyson; sons, Randall Tyson (Michele) and David Tyson (Sherry); grandchildren, Leslie Evans (Bo), Michael Tyson (Karrie), Timothy Tyson (Kimberly) and Chris Tyson (Allie Austin); great grandchildren, Leah and Adam Stallcup, Adallin and Kenndi Tyson; step-granddaughter, Miranda Gray; step-great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Deakyn and Hazel; brothers-in-law, Harold Null, Hershell Null, Jerry Null (Millie) and Jimmy Null (Daphine); sister-in-law, Shelly Null; special friends, Mark and Dawnie Boehler; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
