Mrs. Meeks died on Friday, March 1st at her residence. She was born on October 21, 1948 in Tippah County to the late Johnnie R.L. and Mary Lee Null Wilbanks. She graduated from Walnut High School in 1966, began working at ITT in 1973 and retired in 2010, and was a member of Community Pentecostal Church.
Mrs. Meeks is survived by her husband, Gary Meeks of Walnut; one daughter, Angie Piper and husband Jim of Walnut; one son, Shane Meeks of Walnut; two brothers, Kenneth Wilbanks of Houston, TX and Wayne Wilbanks of Walnut; one sister, Linda Robertson of Corinth; five grandchildren, Kayle Bernier and husband Kyle of Adamsville, TN, Zadie, Kerri Lane, and Brian Piper, and Kye Meeks; one great grandson; one sister-in-law; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
