Funeral Services for Penny Plank Coleman, 81, are set for 2:00 pm Friday, at McPeters Inc. Funeral Directors Chapel with Brother Gary Isbell officiating. Burial will follow at Valley of The Dogwood cemetery.

The family will receive friends at McPeters Funeral Directors from 5:00 pm until 9 pm Thursday night and from 12:00 pm until service time on Friday.

Penny died March 18, 2020 at her residence. She was born January 17, 1939 in Plantersville, MS to the late Earl and Ethel Mae Witt Repult. She was a member of Strickland Baptist Church. Penny was retired from the restaurant business having owned Al & Penny’s on Shiloh road for many years. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, interior designer who loved to read and cook. Penny loved to collect rock and leaves but most of all she loved sitting out on her porch in her swing. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Nolene Repult, Earl Wayne Repult, Brenda McCormick and Bobby Repult.

She is survived by her husband James Coleman; daughters Cathy Emily (Dwight), Sherry Hughes (Dennis); grandchildren, Brady Hughes (Chelsea) of Counce, TN , Eddie McKee of New York; great-grandchildren Sophia McKee, Liam McKee, Logan Hughes, Carter Hughes, Lilly Marshall.

Pallbearers are Dwight Emily, Dennis Hughes, Brady Hughes, Logan Hughes, Carter Hughes, Eddie McKee and Keith Hughes.
