Philip was a member of a very small group of people who shared our "wonder years" growing up in a rural school at Biggersville, Mississippi. I was a member of that small group. We had our share of laughs, loves, and disappointments. I will always remember our band trips as the most fun. After our time at Mississippi State life took us in different directions and places but the friendship and good times will always be a treasured memory.

My condolences to the family. I really liked Philip. I also worked with Philip at MidSouth and we got along great. I’ve missed his stories and he could brighten my day. Will alway remember working with him on a job we had at Milan Arsenal he was just fun to be with.

My deepest sympathies to family and friends of Philip. It was a pleasure to know and work with him at MidSouth Utility Consultants. He was very helpful and always quick to give whatever assistance was needed in the office. I know he will be truly missed.
