Ralph was my beloved first cousin. I spent so much time at his house with his Mother and Dad, my Uncle Prince and later in life my grandparents. Growing up he and my brother Bill Keltner ran around together and double dated often. Ralph loved Christ and if his Church doors was open he was there. He will be missed here on Earth but we will one day be together again. Love you Ralph Webb. Rest in peace.

Some our my most cherished memories are of the times I spent with Ralph and his amazing family. You could just see and feel the love Ralph had for them. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome. It’s comforting to know he is at peace and with the family members that have gone before him.
