Richard "Kane" Pannell

Visitation will be Friday night from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home.

Kane died on Monday, December 16, at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. He was born in New Albany, MS on May 22, 2008. He attended Kossuth Elementary until 3rd grade, then was home schooled. He attended Milltown Community Church and he loved to crochet, make jewelry and enjoyed fishing with his Dad.

He is survived by his mother, Tia Harris (Alex); father, Ricky Pannell (Ashley); brothers, Grayson Pannell, Gavin Harris, Kellen Harris; step-brother, Austin Hurt, step-sister, Brinley Hurt; maternal grandmother, Doris Newton; paternal grandparents, Gene and Wanda Pannell; step-grandmother, Deborah Brooks; uncles, Tyler Pannell (Amber), Heath Pannell (Amanda), Teresa Hughes, Sherry Harrell (Warren); step aunts, Rita Ann Hughes, Amy Lowery; and a host of other great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Rich Newton.
