

Services to celebrate the life of William "Bill" Lott, 89, will be held at 12pm on Friday, June 26, 2026 at Memorial Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will be at the Corinth National Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home. Bro. Rodney Whittemore and Bro. Brantson Vuncannon will officiate the services.
Bill passed away on June 24, 2026 at Dogwood Assisted Living. He was born on December 12, 1936 in Memphis to the late Otis, Sr. and Hettie Wheeler Lott. After graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Army where he was honorably discharged. He worked in the printing business as a printer. In his younger years, he enjoyed collecting and shooting guns and riding his motorcycle.
Bill was an active member and song leader at Tuscumbia Baptist Church and enjoyed singing with the Tate Baptist Adult Senior Choir. He was a faithful servant of the Lord and freely shared that with others.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Eula Butler Lott; son, Billy Ray Lott; and his brother, Otis Lott, Jr.
He is survived by his daughter, Carol Lott (Robert Maloney); granddaughters, Amanda Lott (Wes Milligan), Angie Brock (Pat) and Stephanie Shaw; great-grandchildren, Cameron Maness, Kyle Butler, Brett Montgomery, Jacob Brock (Sarah), Jordan Brock; great-great grandchild, Bennett Brock; and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Randy Swindle, Chuck Jones, Danny Bullock, Stanley Horton, Dr. Darwin Wooten, and Larry Shaw.
