Ann Rosemary Sidorchuk

Passed away on December 31, 2022, in Long Sault, Ontario surrounded by her loving family. Rosemary was born in Montreal to Ann (Erdos) and Charlie O’Connor. She grew up in Montreal, and she attended Sacred Heart Convent for her high school education. She graduated from McGill University (Bachelor of Arts degree in 1954), where she met her husband, Nicholas. She greatly enjoyed her life in Cornwall and Long Sault, Ontario. She was most passionate about cooking, entertaining, golfing, travelling, reading, playing bridge, and she treasured family and friends. She is survived by her husband Nicholas Sidorchuk, her children Janet, Susan, and John (Joanne), cherished grandchildren Sarah, Lily and Jenny, and cousins Helen Megan of Montreal (her sister- at -heart), Beatrice and Mary-Ellen of Michigan. Rosemary was known for her warm and welcoming personality, great sense of humour and her caring manner. Rosemary was a long-time member of the Cornwall Golf and Country Club as well as the Canadian Federation of University Women and the Alpha Omicron Pi fraternity. She will be dearly missed.
