It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Anna Lavoie at Cornwall Hospice on Sunday, July 16th, 2023 with family by her side at the age of 60 years old. Anna will be dearly missed by her loving husband Clayton Hyatt; her siblings Martin, Suzanne, Nicole and Marie; her biological mother Louisette Gagné; as well as many loving kids throughout her family. She is predeceased by her adoptive parents Jean-Marie and Therese Juteau; her brother Michel and her biological father Gabriel Lavoie. The family would like to extend their gratitude to all the staff at the Ottawa General Hospital and the Cornwall Community Hospital, as well as the staff at Cornwall Hospice. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Anna’s honour to the Cornwall Hospice. As per Anna’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
