DUPUIS, Carolyn Patricia –Peacefully, surrounded by family at Carefor-Hospice Cornwall on Saturday April 28, 2018. She was 71. Dear mother of Dean Boltz (Johanne) and Dave Boltz (Annie). Sadly missed by 9 grandchildren, Ashley, Kayla, Jenna, Dylan, Stephanie, Christine, Marie-Josée, Danika, Zachary and 14 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Linda Dupuis. Predeceased by her parents, Adrian and Laura (Thompson) Dupuis and her son Todd Boltz in infancy. Friends and family will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Thursday from 7 – 9pm and on Friday from 9:30 – 10:30am. Funeral Mass Friday May 4, 2018 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church at 11am followed by cremation. Rite of Committal at Precious Blood Parish Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to Carefor-Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
