Loving husband and best friend of 48 years to Linda (nee Dingwall). Cherished father of Jacqueline (Patrick) and Chris (Chantal). Treasured brother of Terry (Lise), Judy (Jean-Denis), Harry (Wendy) and Tammy (Bill). Survived by many nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by his four-legged best friend Teddy.
Cecil is predeceased by his parents Harry and Betty (née Gallinger), as well as his siblings Hal and Holly in childhood. Predeceased by his father-in-law Donald Dingwall, brother-in-law Marcel Delorme and his niece Ashley Regnier.
Friends and family may pay their respects at M JOHN SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME, on Wednesday, February 19 2025 between the hours of 7:00PM to 9:00PM.
A private funeral to follow at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to the Ottawa General Hospital Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Transplant Team or Cornwall Hospice which would be appreciated by the family.
