Christopher Stephen Guest

Beloved husband of Angelika Roehrig.

Loving father of Matt Guest (Debbie), Adam Guest (Nisa), Travis Guest (Jocelyn) and Reid Guest, and stepfather of Lisa Doran (Brody Campbell) and Richard Doran. Proud grandfather of Samantha, Adrienne, Ethan, Halle, Rori, Bree, Kaden and Hayes. Dear brother of Lee Bridal (Jim).

He was predeceased by his second wife of 35 years, Debra Guest (née Flemming), and his brother, David Guest.

Chris was born December 28, 1945, eldest son of the late William and Beatrice (née Trosky) Guest. After graduating from the University of Toronto Law School in 1969 and passing the bar in 1971, he married his first wife, Susan Reid, and they moved to Lancaster, Ontario, where they raised their four boys. He spent most of his life practicing law but also had a keen interest in real estate development and a creative mind that led to numerous business ventures. He loved cooking, hunting and spending time at his property on Buck Lake, north of Kingston.

He will be dearly missed by family and friends.

In keeping with Chris’ wishes, there will be no wake or funeral.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made towards cancer research.
