Claudette was the beloved wife of the late Albert Poirier, loving mother of the late Suzanne Morrison (Larry), Joanne Marion (Luc), Marc (Debra), and Todd (Tyler Leboeuf). She was the cherished grandmother “Mem” of the late Robert (Terri Ann), Eric (Chantal), Reid, David (Stacey), Paul (Kevin), and Jordan and the cherished great grandmother “Mem” of Alexandre, Annabel, Éva, Zoé, Benjamin, Thomas, and Eloise.
She is predeceased by her parents Henri and Germaine (née Marion) Labelle and her sister Marielle Labelle.
The family invites Claudette's relatives and close friends to join them at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, (613-932-8482) on Wednesday May 21, 2025. A visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of service. A service of Remembrance will be held at 11 a.m. in the Memorial Chapel of the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation (https://cornwallhospitalfoundation.ca). The CCHF staff will ensure all gifts in memory of Claudette Poirier will support the Robert Marion Memorial Fund.
